Hi, I’m AISLING.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade, and teaching it for almost six years. I’ve taught classes large and small, in multi purpose halls and high rise penthouses. I’ve taught children and adults, charity workers and priests. I’ve taught professional wrestlers, army veterans and CEOs. I’ve probably taught someone just like you.

I came to yoga in desperation, suffering from depression in Dublin’s city centre. I had been meditating for years but had been too scared to join a yoga class. What if I wasn’t any good? I went to a class far from home where nobody would ever know me if I got it wrong. I was twenty minutes in when I realised I was going to be okay.

I completed my 200 hour and 500 hour certifications with YogaLondon. I’ve studied Chair Yoga, Yin yoga, Yoga for Anxiety and Mandala Vinyasa in continuing professional development. I also offer Yoga Nidra and guided meditation.

Demonstrate

I’m right there with you, demonstrating the poses so you can see them. My directions are precise and I often use my own body as an example. If you get stuck, we can go through it again. Easy.

Empower

Your body doesn’t need pushing or changing. Yoga is for everybody, which means every body can make it happen. This isn’t about instagram perfection. It’s about you finding your own strength and being proud of it.

Laugh

Yoga can be hilarious. It’s okay to lose your balance, topple or slide out of a pose. It’s even better to laugh it off and try again. Smile; it’s not a test.
