YOGA IN THE KITCHEN

45 minutes of flight

Don’t have much time? Then let’s go! Three quarters of an hour of deep stretches on the theme of flight, supported by warm-up, sun salutes, seated twists and backbends to finish. Suitable for all levels.

 

60 minutes VINYAsa flow

A traditional vinyasa flow class, featuring a warm up to build focus, sun salutes to build heat, and a standing, seated and finishing section to build strength, creating a full-scale, moving meditation. Suitable for all levels.

 

60 Mins Balance and Backbends

This one is all about deep breathing, finding balance through strength and enjoying some mild and deeper backbends. All at your own pace, plenty of space to dial it up or down.

45 Mins Leg Strengthening

Three quarters of an hour of strong yoga flows focused on strengthening and challenging the legs. Have a little fun, don’t be afraid to fall over, and bend your knees whenever you fancy.

60 mins strong vinyasa

A strong vinyasa class with lots of flowing and movement through traditional poses. Heavily features a very excited pomeranian who interferes almost constantly with my efforts on the mat. Oh well!

40 minute morning flow

A quick forty minute vinyasa flow practice to get you up and moving when you haven’t moved for a bit and need a big s-t-r-e-t-c-h!

45 Mins forward folds

Three quarters of an hour of strong yoga flows focused on forward folds from standing and seated with revolutions and twists for some extra intensity.

60 mins strong dynamic

A super strong vinyasa flow class, powerful and dynamic from start to finish. Take a break wherever you’d like one, but this class should put a smile on your face.

60 minutes hips & twists

A dynamic flow class, featuring a warm up for shoulders, arms, hands and legs, as well as strong standing and balances, hip openers and seated twists.

This class finishes with a guided meditation, scanning the parts of the body for ultimate rest.

Suitable for all levels.

45 minutes dynamic flow

This practice features lots of leg strengthening warrior poses and forward folds before a five minute relaxation in Savasana.

Suitable for all levels.

Weekly Sessions

You can join my yoga classes live for The Fitness Mosaic in London’s Chalk Farm at the following times:

  • Wednesday 7.15am-8am, Dynamic Yoga Flow

  • Saturday 12pm-1pm, Vinyasa Flow Yoga

With lockdowns easing, I am also working on a separate, online only offering with a proportion of profit going to charity. Details will be here when it’s ready to go!

Private CLASSES

If you want to progress your practice with in-depth feedback and personalised goals, one to one sessions are a great option. You could even get a few friends together and split the cost.
